1. Tamper-Proof Packaging

Your jewellery’s safety is our top priority. Each product undergoes thorough quality checks before packaging.

  • Jewellery is packed using plastic zip-lock pouches or butter paper.

  • Multiple layers of bubble wrap are added to protect against damage during transit.

  • All orders are delivered in a premium Vishno Jewels jewellery box.

This ensures your jewellery arrives intact and tamper-free.

2. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted shipping partners to guarantee secure and timely delivery:

  • Domestic Orders: Blue Dart, Delhivery, E-com Express

  • International Orders: FedEx, DHL

If you notice any tampering or damage to the package upon delivery, you may refuse the shipment and contact our customer support immediately.

3. Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 5–7 working days.

  • International Orders: Typically delivered within 7–15 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance for international shipments, and other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping for all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: An additional charge of INR 150/- applies, regardless of cart value.

  • COD Availability: COD is not available for international orders.

  • International Orders: Any additional charges, such as Import Duty or Customs Duty, applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, You can track your order through the customer dashboard or you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.

We aim to provide a delightful unboxing experience. While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics issues, or customs procedures may occur.
