Return & Replacement Policy

At Vishno Jewels, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every piece of jewellery is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you as per the policy outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The jewellery is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The product is returned with original packaging, invoice, certificates, and tags intact

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

The following items are non-returnable and non-replaceable:

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery

  • Jewellery damaged due to improper handling, negligence, or normal wear and tear

  • Products showing signs of usage, alteration, or tampering

  • Pure Gold Layered jewellery affected by fading, scratches, or discoloration due to usage

  • Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or discounted offers (unless damaged on arrival)

3. Return & Replacement Process

To initiate a return or replacement request:

  1. Email us at inquiries@vishnojewels.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your Order ID, clear images or videos of the product, and a brief description of the issue

  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days

  4. Once approved, return instructions or pickup details will be shared

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are subject to product availability

  • In case the same product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product of equal value or opt for a store credit

  • Replacement orders will be shipped after the returned item passes quality inspection

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return or replacement is approved due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect product, Vishno Jewels will bear the return shipping cost

  • For all other approved cases, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer

6. Refund Policy (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are processed only if replacement is not possible

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after quality inspection

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Important Notes

  • Products sent without approval will not be accepted

  • Vishno Jewels reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions

  • Minor color or design variations due to photography or screen settings are not considered defects
