At Vishno Jewels, we offer jewellery servicing to help maintain the beauty, finish, and longevity of your purchase. Please review the service terms below before submitting your jewellery for service.

1. Eligibility for Service

  • Jewellery servicing is available only for products purchased from Vishno Jewels

  • Original invoice/bill is mandatory for all service requests

  • Service requests are subject to inspection and approval by Vishno Jewels

  • Vishno Jewels reserves the right to refuse service if the product condition is beyond repair

2. Free Service Policy

  • Customers are eligible for one free service within two (2) years from the date of purchase

  • A minimum of 30 days’ prior notice is required to schedule any service

  • Free service is applicable only once and cannot be transferred or extended

3. Paid Service Policy

  • Any service beyond the free service period will be chargeable

  • Service charges depend on:

    • Type of jewellery

    • Extent of repair or restoration required

    • Material and labor involved

  • Applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations

4. Service Coverage

Jewellery service may include:

  • Cleaning and polishing

  • Minor repairs or refinishing

  • Color restoration (where applicable)

  • Inspection of stones, clasps, and settings

Services do not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or negligence

  • Breakage, dents, or deep scratches caused by rough handling

  • Loss of stones or parts after delivery

  • Normal wear and tear beyond repair limits

5. Service Timeline

  • Standard service turnaround time is 15–30 working days from the date of acceptance

  • Timelines may vary based on product condition, design complexity, or availability of materials

  • Vishno Jewels is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances

6. Service Submission Guidelines

  • Jewellery must be submitted clean and securely packed

  • Customer must ensure safe transportation when sending jewellery for service

  • Vishno Jewels is not responsible for damage during transit if sent independently by the customer

7. Warranty & Service Relationship

  • Jewellery serviced by any third-party jeweller will void the Vishno Jewels warranty

  • Servicing through Vishno Jewels maintains warranty eligibility (as per warranty terms)

8. Post-Service Policy

  • Once serviced and delivered, the jewellery should be inspected immediately

  • Any service-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • No claims will be accepted after this period

9. Important Notes

  • Mortgaging or pledging jewellery is strictly prohibited and voids service eligibility

  • Vishno Jewels reserves the right to modify service terms without prior notice

  • All disputes are subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction
