1. General Jewellery Care Guidelines

To preserve the beauty and finish of your jewellery:

• Clean using warm water and mild liquid soap, then dry and store in a white cotton cloth

• Recommended for occasional use

• Handle with care to avoid deep scratches

• Keep away from acids, chemicals, perfumes, and moisture

• Avoid rough handling or impact

2. Warranty Eligibility

• Original invoice/bill is mandatory for all warranty-related services

• Warranty is valid only for products purchased from Vishno Jewels

• Warranty becomes void if serviced or altered by any third-party jeweller

• Mortgaging or pledging jewellery is strictly prohibited and voids warranty

• All applicable government taxes will be charged as per law

3. Free Service Policy

• One free service is provided within two (2) years of purchase

• A minimum 30 days’ prior notice is required for service requests

• Service timelines depend on product condition and design

4. Exchange Policy (Without Prior Service)

If the jewellery has not undergone any service, the following exchange benefits apply:

• 1st Year: 50% of purchase value as discount

• 2nd Year: 40% of purchase value as discount

• 3rd Year: 30% of purchase value as discount

• After 3 Years: 25% of purchase value as discount

5. Exchange Policy (After Service)

• Exchange value for serviced jewellery will be determined by Vishno Jewels after inspection

• For serviced jewellery, customers are eligible to receive ornaments worth 25% of the original purchase value free of charge

6. Buyback Policy

• A buyback value of 10% of the original purchase amount will be provided at the time of returning the jewellery

• Buyback is applicable only after physical inspection and approval
